Vitality Money premium
Hi, what is this charge for Vitality Money Premium and how do I remove it? This thing keeps on charging me R17,50 every month and I did not subscribe or ask for it to be added on my account. Please remove it immediately and refund me all the money you charged me for it. I have requested for this to be done some time ago already, why are you still charging me? Is it because I moved my salary to Discovery?

Vitality Money Premium refers to the monthly fee associated with accessing the Vitality Money programme through Discovery Bank. It's not a separate product, but rather a built-in cost that gives you access to a suite of financial wellness tools and rewards.

Your Vitality Money status (Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) determines how much you get back on things like groceries, healthcare, and travel. You can earn points for healthy financial habits, which you can spend in the Vitality Mall or convert to cash. Better financial behaviour can lower your borrowing rates and boost your savings interest.
The premium is included in your Discovery Bank monthly account fee. The exact amount depends on your account type and card colour.
This is not a separate fee and can not be removed from the account.
