Vitality money points/goals is the biggest **** ever!
Vitality money is a ****! The bank claimed it will be the one to help us use money in a healthy way. But they encourage credit card spending. How do you expect me to spend according to YOUR goals every week? Weeks are not the same. The week during pay day I obviously spend more because a lot of things are due. And I cannot spread my expenses as you guys would want! The most annoying thing is the goal increasing, why do you increase my goal? And why can’t you carry over points as you did on the last version? NXA!

11 May 2023, 20:04That is a lie! If you encourage responsible spending, why are you then increasing my spending goal? That is the opposite… And I buy a bulk of my groceries once a month, other weeks is just here and there so why are you increasing my spending goal? And also, overachieving on spending is not a good indicator for you to reward a sneak peak. You can do that with others but not the spending.
Also, there more I spend the more I get on my tiles, make it make sense? Your model is not working for us. Go back to the previous model, it was better!
