Vitality deducting funds for apple watch even though ALL the monthly goals were met.
This is the second time this has happened! I have a discovery watch benefit and each month I meet my goals as I am very active. This month I received an email saying they were going to deduct aprox R250 from my account as I only met 2/4 goals. This is untrue as I met all 4. I emailed Vitality with screen shots and no reply (the automated email says 24-48 hrs) I sent the email again a few days later. I then received a very ****y response saying there records showed I only met 2/4 goals. (Yes duh otherwise why would you have sent me the email) but not one word about the screenshots showing that there records are wrong!). I have now emailed again to say that there records are wrong together with the screenshots again, but no response. Vitality this is the SECOND TIME you have done this to me. SORT IT OUT NOW!
