Vitality and Discovery Bank is a Waste of Time

I booked a car for the 9th April via the Discovery Vitality and i booked a Group H VW T-Roc or Similar, but the confirmation i received was for a BMW 1 Series or Similar. I called Europcar and they advised that they do not have T Roc in their fleet and i will be getting a smaller can as their Group H vehicles are much smaller than a T Roc. I have been on hold with Discovery Vitality Travel for an hour now, no assistance at all. I booked something and Vitality has not given me what i booked for and you cannot talk to anyone to assist.

Vitality is very expensive and if this is what we get, i am surprised to see that Discovery is still in business.

Surely this is not legal, you cannot sell something and only after all is agreed, give the customer something completely different.

To preempt Discovery Bank Response, the Discovery Vitality profile on Hellopeter has not been claimed, so i have to use the Bank details and the only reason i moved to Discovery Bank was for the benefit, benefit that are questionable.

Please note that you are incorrect, I selected a T ROC that was under the group H and I received a different vehicle on the confirmation. I had to cancel that booking as I was on hold for 1.5 hours with vitality and still no answer. I logged a complaint on helloPeter and I have still not received a call, just this response made by someone who has not looked into anything, the person who responded to this has done noting, there has not even been contact made with the complainant. Is this want we pay for when we sign up for Vitality?
