Virtual Card Issue Remains Unfixed

There is a lot that Discovery does right and that works really well but once there is an issue, it's very hard to get fixed. Yes, the call center is easy to reach but I've had a simple issue with a virtual card not working, I've called 3 times over the last 3 weeks and still nothing has changed.

Hi Francois

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The product operations team sent you an email advising that your transactions were declining due to an the token being inactive. They also advised that you add your card again on Apple Pay via the banking app or on Apple Pay directly, as the token has been activated.
