Very poor service

I have been waiting now for 12 days for my May 2020 statement. my credit card was migrated on 23 May from FNB to Discovery Bank. I sent various emails and phoned the call centre. After I contacted the call centre I received a statement dated May 2015! This is a disgrace! Is it really so difficult to send the correct statement?
