Very poor customer service from Discovery bank
Unreliable Bank. Stay away Appalling experience from Discovery Bank. I cannot open my app since last night after installing it on a new device. The app is saying I’m not a bank client,I've been calling nonstop but everyone is saying they will escalate the matter. I cannot access my funds and it's very frustrating to have to call the customer service all day without the matter being resolved. I've never received such poor service from any bank.

Thank you,will appreciate your swift response as I have been having this issue since Friday,I even asked if they could atleast help with transferring funds from savings to the transactional account as I need funds urgently,but I got no assistance. Looking forward to positive feedback.

08 Sept 2025, 08:44Just called Discovery Bank for the 5th time since 8am,only to be told that I will get a call back during the course of the day, still cannot access my funds,inconvenience at it's best.
