Very *********** people to deal with

Looking into the Index Ratings and Rankings explain why I am writing this review. Never in my life have I ever dealt with more *********** staff. They absolutely would not ever allow you to contact any senior management as they refuse to give you contact details. I will now drive to their head offices located at the Taxi Rank. Absolutely disgusted. Will be moving to my previous bank asap. This is a shoddy excuse for a business.
