VERY HIGH INTEREST RATES
i have an issue with Discovery card, i phone and asked to negotiate my interest rate because they are ridiculously high, pity i cant recall the name of the lady i spoke to, my she told me straight up that its is non negotiable and they have a right to put those interest rates. But i asked to negotiate them, what kind of an institution that doesnt negotiate with its customer, this is ridiculous. Mind you i have medical aid, Vitality, Garage card and discovery miles with them but no i still have no value to them'
