Very Dismissive and Zero level of urgency in dealing with matters

Its been over 7 months and i have not been assisted by discovery Bank regarding my payment made to Lesotho.

I have provided contact details for the FNB in Lesotho and No one has had the courtesy to provide any support or assistance.

Discovery has been investigating and said they would refund my funds.

I am very disappointed in the level on service I received and the matter just being brushed off.

I am done with this bank.
