Very Bad Custoner Service at Discovery Bank

I had the worst experience ever... they were very quick to call me amd open my account... then geolocation failed amd i had to submit documents to verify my address. I told them i am residing at the hostel where i work and i got a letter from my employer stating that i stay on the premises... that was rejected... no one calls you to explain.. when phoning the conaultant advised me that i need to get an affidavit from the nearest police station which i done and submitted.... again rejected... i deposited money into this account whereafter the bank account was locked...i wanted to close my account cause i didnt know what to ptovide to them. I got hold of an bank account of mine with an address which i submitted and the address was verified... after phoning several times, several emails... this account is still locked and no one even bothers to calll and assist....
