Utterly Disgraceful Service

I'm absolutely livid with Discovery Bank. Despite being a loyal customer, they've completely let me down. My account was abruptly blocked due to an alleged *****, and the way they've handled it is a disgrace. It's been weeks of agony, with my account still under investigation and no end in sight. Their customer service is a joke – unhelpful, evasive, and downright disrespectful. I've had it with their incompetence and lack of accountability. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sham of a bank. They don't deserve your business.
