Useless tech and portals
<p>I had massive problems trying to change my OTP, but eventually managed to get it done. </p> <p>Today, I wanted to perform a simple operation - view my card pin. But could I do this on my linked device through the app? Or the Discovery Card section on the web portal? No. Now, like the utterly ******* Living Vitality portal, there is another site that requires set up, login and management. </p> <p>Why bother with the app and website if I have to visit other portals to perform simple operations? </p> <p> My medical aid cancellation order has gone through and my card will soon follow. </p> <p> </p>
