Useless loyalty programmes

Firstly Discovery loyalty programme keeps getting more and more complicated every year and I don't understand why. Anyway....Last month I spent R3 146 at totalsports where I suppose to get 255 of my purchase. On the 10th of this month when I checked my statement I had no cashback reward...I called and I was told that it was a mistake. 2 days later my rewards were loaded but APPARENTLY MY KAIZER CHIEFS NIKE T SHIRT DOESNT QUALIFY. I looked at the totalsport healthy gear catalogue and under soccer kit there is hose, JERSEYS and shorts. *** does is a soccer jersey???? why am I not given my cashback for this jersey?<br> Did I have to take time in my day, and use my airtime to remind Discovery how to do their jobs while I am paying so much money for their products and the ever complicated vitality programme???? This is unacceptable from a service provider that charges an arm and a leg. If this was GEMS then I could understand but not with you. This is extremely disgusting.
