Useless Discovery

The waiting period for anyone to answer a call is pathetic, I waited 30 minutes and that was the time I didn't give up. I have been trying to find someone to get the discovery credit card for hours only now to find out, that's all on hold, You have to join the bank. It's not on the website. I was told to go on line to apply at Bank, I did and I'm number 16,000...yes 16 thousand. The poor lady that finally answered is struggling with all of this. So it could take up to a month until someone contacts me, as I was told lady sent her details over 3 weeks ago and today they called her. But the call doesn't need you will even get the card. So you can't join the Vitality Rewards until you get the watch...you can't get the watch until you get the credit card... you can't get the credit card until you bank with Discovery....But there is a waiting list of a month until they even may reply. This is sooooo pooor. The people who head up this should be fired. Really useless. I'm so dissappointed.
