Useless Discovery Credit Card Call Centre

<p>I have Cancelled my discovery credit card in July2015.</p> <p>I filled in the forms. Sent it to them and received a reference number.</p> <p>No cancellation has been made since until i called them and they cancelled it on the 12/05/2017</p> <p>They have debited my account since June 2015 to May 2017</p> <p>Im calling them from th e15/05/2017 to date and Nobody is assisting me with reqards to my long and overdue payments</p> <p>I have even spoken to the managre of the call centre Simphiwe and still nothing. I have spoken to Charmain, Katlego and Simphiwe</p> <p>They refuse to pay me my debit orders from July because on the 07/07/2015 I withdrew my own money that was in that account and I made cancellation on the 30/07/2015. How rediculous is this? This is the reason they gave me for not cancelling my account. They said I owed them money but this credit card was a card where I put money into the account </p> <p>Discoveries credit card call centre is absolutely ***********, useless and a waste of time</p> <p> </p>
