Useless Discovery Card and Miles service

Your miles link with Takealot was down for more than a week. After which you consultant send us your stupid manual forms, which as a mistake we believed is going to work to claim pay with your miles and get a refund back to Discovery card.

More than a month later and after 10 or so calls from our side, still nothing is done just some stupid excuses that release person is on leave etc.

So my question is that why your incompetence and your IT s****s cost us time and money. Shouldn't it be other way arround?
