Useless Discovery Bank consultants

I was told open a bank acc and mototise your rewards. Had 55600 +~ rewards over 4/5 yrs. Got R5500 +~ in my Discovery bank BUT ended on a - minus 43000 +~ points ? WHY ? No freaken consultant can answer that in 47 minute phone calls. Useless consultants. Now they implying I never had the rewards ??? O got to earn my points back to 0 ZERO ????? Brain dead people assisting me.

Sure you made the mistake and I got to pay for years with earning again points miles rewards whatever you call it to make up from a -43000 +~ whatever to 0 and feel great about your terrible service
