Useless card delivery service

<p>The courier company(CCD Couriers) contracted to deliver Discovery Cards are useless.</p> <p>Scheduled with me to deliver 14th June between 09h00 -10h00, I made arrangements to stay at home but they arrived an hour and a half late after which I'd already left.</p> <p>Consequently they scheduled with me to deliver 15th June between 09h00 -10h00, I made arrangements to stay at home again but they arrived an hour and a half late AGAIN after which I'd already left.</p> <p>On the 16th June(public holiday) at 07h03 I received an SMS stating they were unable to contact me and I should call (021) ********** .</p> <p>No contact attempt had been made as stated in the SMS, I called th number and it just rang without answer!</p> <p>Since then no communication has been made and I still dont have the card.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
