Useless

***** department are absolutely useless. Discovery cost me 2k today. It's been nearly 2 months and no feedback besides a snotty email telling me I'm an idiot. I asked them not to release funds after accidentally buying from a *****ulent website. Refused. That's not how we do it here, apparently. Money is gone. I had to prove to Discovery that I have pretty much investigated myself. I do, however, have the world's worst knockoff Ray Bans to show for it. Thanks, Discovery. For nothing.
