Useless bank!

End of May 2020 my Discovery credit card was migrated from FNB to Discovery Bank. Since then I did not get any healthyfood or healthygear cashback! After my last complaint on hellopeter a bank consultant called me to say there is a system problem on the healthygear cashback. But according to her the healthyfood cashback was released and I should get it paid the next day. Of course I did not get any payment! The bank owes me nearly R3000 on cashback! This is unacceptable! All I get is empty promises! I spent about 40 minutes on the phone last week, but the bank rewards dept just does not answer the phone!
