Useless bank

I canceled discovery bank in December/January. I noticed that I been getting charged monthly fees after such cancelation there was money in the account that was deposited by the medical aid and that has all been used up by charges yet I was told that it'll be transferred to my new account. I realized that opening discovery bank was a worse mistake I've ever done.

This bank is such a ******* there were couple of deposits that were made by the medical aid into this account so that I could forward it to the service provider and now you telling me that there's an outstanding balance.
So what happened to those deposits if they never covered whatever stupid fees I'm supposed to be owing???
