Useles - Pathetic

Opened a ***** case with the bank and they just closed it without consulting me or calling. Where the bank staff member called me a told they will come back to me in 72 hours. No one has called. When I call in I get transferred between departments and staff arguing and disagreeing with me. Spend over 30 minutes on the phone trying to speak to a senior manager or supervisor, where I was initially told that a supervisor is not there. Managed to speak to a supervisor in a different department, but she was unhelpful.
