URGENT- please assist in reverse double deductions on my account

The Discovery’s Bank is the most efficient bank and friendly helping even if it is in the midnight.

I have recently been victim to two online purchases that were double deducted by Combot.org.

They are a Us based company with no customer care or billing support.

I tried to purchase services and not good. It kept on saying it my transaction was not successful but they deducted the amount twice and it is almost R1200 lost. I eventually decided to buy the service through the Apple App Store as they offer buyer protection.

I have not managed to get hold of Combot.org at all.

I have logged a ticket with you customer care. Can you please reverse the two transactions as I urgently need the money.
