upgrade on medical aid

I contacted Discovery to upgrade my existing plan to the coastal saver which I was told that only could be done at year end. When i down grade my plan it was due to financial reasons-Personally I think upgrades should be open during the year because you never know what could happen.<br> <br> They opt me now to go to Bonitas which we was for almost 16 years and never had any complaints about unpaid claims or co-payments.<br>
