update of banking details

i have been receiving sms from the 27 April 2018 about updating my banking details in order to get my cash .,I went on my Discovery app and saw that i have a cash back of R2667.00

I called discovery card and spoke with a very helpful Consultant who advise me that when i updated my mobile number the OPT number was updated and she advised that she will update it the is a turn around time of 2 days

i wanna update my banking details today .. please assist me on this as i want my cash back for R2667.00

We have responded to your Facebook query already.

There is security processes that needs to be followed before we can update your OTP cell number.

However, we have requested our OTP’s department to urgently contact you to assist with your request.

someone called me yesterday to update the OPT mobile number, i have send a msg via Facebook messenger at 16.:03 yesterday to find out when will my cash back of R2667.90 be paid in my account and no one is attending to my request . I did as i was told to do by updating my banking details in order to get my cash back of R2667.90 now i'm being ignored..
