UnProfessional and no regards for loyal customers

I've been trying to unlock my account but I haven't received help from you Even though I provided all paperwork and proof that I haven't ****med anyone, not even one person called to provide feedback ,I've called countless times and sent emails with no response on feedback nor help, each and every time I call I'm told we will get person in charge to call you back but not even once have I been called back
