Unpolite hang up mid call

Just had Emma phone me from Discovery Bank offering platinum card. Asked if I will be paying more, as I don’t want to spend more money to get more benefits. She put down the phone while I was still talking. Apalling - basic decency dictates that we finish a conversation and say goodbye like good humans do. I think it’s time the eggs finally get to move to my already existing account with Capitec - exceptional and flawless service from them for more than 12 years (and counting!). I have never had a representative of Capitec hang up on me. Get your customer contact points polished Discovery, the rust is showing.
