Unhappy with my move to Discovery bank

Transferred my account from Absa, to Discovery bank and I was asked to email my bank statement so that Discovery can assist with switching my debit orders. Only one debit order was switched to Discovery bank and I was not even told. I called Discovery to check only to be told someone will come back to me. Now I had to transfer money from Discovery bank to Absa so that my debit orders can go through.
