Unhappy due to personal loan being declined

I am very frustrated with Discovery Bank. I bank with them and I want to upgrade my account. I have app**** for a loan which is under special circumstances as my profile needs attention. Im being told what I already know. So should another bank approve my personal loan request? I might aswell move my banking aswell...
