Unhappy and misled customers

Little did I know before I move my salary and all my debit orders that discovery will be charging me per transaction and all their free 4 is all a lie. They promise customers free debit order, free withdrawal and point of sale transaction while is actually pay as you go. This was after I saw their article and also called to confirm with one of their consultants. It was only after I notice this ridiculous charges when I call them and they are telling me I should've optioned for suite account. Which i dont even recall them offering it to me. I was willing to let go of the money already charged but they still refuse to offer me a cheque or suite account where I can have standard fees.

Now I have to go through the struggle of moving my salary and debit orders back to the competitor's bank as their pay as you go chargers are too much.

Thanks for the trouble discovery Bank. To think that 80% of the debit order I'm talking about goes to your products like Life cover, medical aid, RA, vitality and insurance makes me think of pulling the plug on everything and find my self a home where I'll be appreciated.
