UNFAIR PRIZE GIVEAWAY TO THE WRONG PERSON....I AM BEING IGNORED BY DISCOVERY BANK.

I won the #MilesAwayWithDB competition on X (twitter)...the prize is 100 000 miles (R10000). They posted on their timeline that I won but they did not dm me. This was posted on the 25th April 2025 (Friday) I then sent all my details to them because they did not dm me to let me know but they posted for the whole world to see that I won. After I sent my details...they asked me what competition did I win....like they didn't know. I then rep**** to them and told them what competition I won and since then they are not responding to me. I then got hold of discovery social media email and emailed them...they told me that the winners details they have on file do not correspond with the details I gave them. I'm not sure who's details they used but they clearly used someone else's details and not mine. I'm not sure who else to contact because up till now they are not responding to me. This is very wrong because they are going to be using my picture I posted to enter the competition. It's a picture of me and my son. This is not right. Please can someone fix this.
