Unexplained Interest charges
I am new to Discovery Bank, and was lured into getting a credit card for all the great benefits offered for travel, After 4 months of being a client, and paying my balance on time and in full every month, I am starting to get exorbitant interest charges on my account, When I phoned Discovery, the agent couldn't explain to me why I am being charged these amounts, and then rudely dismissed my objections when she failed to explain the situation to me.

Your colleagues at the complaints department think its fine that I pay R1,900 interest, because I short paid by R793 on one month's repayment - they have done nothing to resolve my complaint. Discovery seems to act more like a Loan Shark business than a registered credit provider.
