Unexpectedly poor service so far.

I’m resorting to Hellopeter as a last ditch effort. I was finally able to join discovery bank in late August and was very enthusiastic about moving all my debit orders etc to discovery from my previous bank. I phoned Discovery about this and I was told to email my debit order switching form to *** which I did. It’s been exactly a week without any updates or notifications. I have tried emailing, phoning (after 20 mins on hold I give up) and social media but have gotten no reply whatsoever. If this continues I’ll remain with my old bank and close my account with discovery
