The is an authorized debit that went off my acc . When i ask whats is for ur consultant Thato mothupi is tell me that its for discovery miles . And she was uninterested in helping me and was also rude I activated my miles on the 6 june ...i made provisions for it in july no debit went off .. now in 6 aug it was billed..why wasnt i informed of this...THIS is what i ask of the previous guy who called me and he couldnt tell me .. next thing i see a set off my account.. i didnt refuse to pay i wannted explaination which no one wants to give me .now im debit an amount that was for my food in the house. Just because ur agent cant prob or negotiate with customers doesn't give them the right to do a set off..this abuse of power. One of ur consultant call me on the 3 sept 2018 and told me she will get back to me in 2 days time ..Its now over 5days since i made a hello peter complaint and the is no one who is willing to assist me to get the matter sorted ... i think its best i lay a ombudsmen complaint as thats the only way i will get an assistance from diacovery.ur staff r very *********** ID 821 ********** 084
