Unclear bank charges

I have a Discovery Cheque Account and the 26th of July 2020,I made a withdrawal of R3000.After withdrawing,my card was swallowed by the ATM and my money was immediately reversed back into my account.I was charged a withdrawal fee of R49.50 and that was never reversed.Kindly assist
