Unblock my account

My account was put on hold since the 08/02/2025 when I called bank they said someone reported my account then I asked amount I was told off funds I did not receive from Capitec then later said I should send proof of payment and affidavit from police about the funds I received from Capitec on the 7th and 8th of Feb which I did, then after two the investigating officer by the name Dilo Slingo told me that it was the amount of R42,398.00 was spent on my account that I should send affidavit from police, proof of payment and proof of trade I sent him all that then I called bank to confirm if the email I sent was received which I was told positive..... On the 3rd of March I received email saying case completeld but my account is still on hold.

Last week Tuesday being 11th Feb 2025 the investigating officer told me that he did not receive the proofs I sent that I should resend it again I did he said he will look into it and call me back to unlock my account since then he has not called.... If I call the ***** department they keep telling me that he will call he never calls...... I was tell a friend what I'm going through he told me I Wil get help here my rent and my mum's rent has expired I'm the one taking care of my mum and my baby girl..... My landlord is also warning bout me moving out because of rental not paid I'm losing business associate this is totally wrong
