Unblock account

Im disappointed in this bank Its my main bank and i use it for both personal and business. I woke up and found it locked,i called in the morning and the guy I spoke with couldn't explain whats happening to my account,he told me to wait for a call as he is emailing someone that can explain whats going on but still nothing. I got delayed of working coz the bank in my business profile is locked. I got funds in that account and need my account to continue working.
