Unbelievable services from Discovery Bank!

My mom sent me a immediate payment for me to buy food for my 4 kids 3y to 15y old on Friday 2:47pm. It's Saturday morning 8:58am and NO funds has been allocated to my account from Discovery bank. My salary (also immediate payment) took 10 hours to be allocated. It's the 3rd time it's happening to me. Services are poor and they have no answers to where my money went. Analisa who won't give me her surname from Discovery bank (***) said it will take 2-5 working days to give me a answer as to what happened to my money they have received starting on Monday. Then I still need to wait for the money to be sent to my account.. Money that Discovery already received on Friday afternoon!! What **** is this?? Better service at Tshwane public hospital or home affairs! When or IF I receive the money, I will be SURE to withdraw all funds from my account and cut up my card! In my personal opinion: Discovery bank is a job creation project with under educated staff that doesn't have a clue to how a REAL bank works and how to allocate funds to one's account. If I'm wrong then they are straight up sly!
