UnAuthorised Transaction

I made a transaction on Monday and 2 of the same amount came out I only authorised 1 amount the other I didn’t and no authorisation sms was sent and I didn’t approve it I called discovery bank after i realised that 2 amount went out from 1 authorisation I was then told the amount will be back in 24 hours after 48 hours I called back I was then told a different story from the previous consultant and that I now have to wait for another 5days no one explanation was given just that the finance department will contact me to explain the call was made more than 24 hours ago still no one called
