Unauthorised Discovery Card payment

A previous issue with an unauthorised payment from my card was not resolved and to prevent further misuse of my card I app**** for a new card which I use now. Unfortunately again an unknown and unauthorised payment is shown on my statement. I have several times tried to contact the call centre, but an automated voice announced high volume calls and referred me to the Discovery Card website where I cannot find a facility to request a unauthorised payment reversal. The unauthorised payment is dated 23 May 2019 with description “NOOM PLAN ID-KFHV7B SUB.NOOM.COM NY” to the amount of R1,928.45.
