UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS

Discovery Card deducted almost R7,000 from my bank account in the last 3 months. When I went to FNB I was told that they cannot reverse a deduction from Discovery as they have ties with FNB. On further investigation I found out that my husband (we are separated) took out a credit card with them and gave them my banking details. I did NOT authorise any deduction from my account and I cannot understand how Discovery is continually allowed to *******ly deduct money from my account for something I haven't used or even app**** for. When I contacted Discovery to cancel the credit card they told me I do not have the authorisation to cancel the card as it was not taken out in my name. I will never accept a credit card from Discovery and I am going to cancel my Discovery medical aid as well. I am beyond disgusted with their services. How can I not be authorised to cancel something (they follow the \proper"procedures) but they can deduct money from MY bank account without authorisation (and that is NOT the proper procedure).
