Unauthorised debit order

I have not joined this bank however every month I am incurring bank charges which is being debited off my account. I received a call from a consultant who I informed of my issue and she indicated she would escalate and have the charges reversed. However money is still coming off my account every month. I would like this issue resolved ASAP.
