Unauthorised credit check/ hard enquiry
Do not enquire about the anything on descovery bank, they will mess up your credit score. Do not bank with them, they will frustrate you.

28 Dec 2025, 12:42I have followed your steps of emailing to the discovery complaints centre, they reponsed and says i have consented to a credit check. That is not true , they need to provide me with a recording where i have consented to that.
