Unable to withdraw cash from Discovery Bank Vitality Money acccount

As a Discovery Credit Card and Vitality Money Savings Customer, I found out this weekend that I am unable to withdraw cash from my Vitality savings account.

I called them today and was advised to transfer the money to my credit card and then withdraw. Was not informed about interest charges on Cash withdrawals via credit card. When I asked the agent about this she said then said yes I would incur interest for the cash withdrawal from the credit card. She also advised I could transfer to another bank account and withdraw. Discovery Bank wants me to use another bank to withdraw my own cash!

I then requested her to log a ticket to get an official response as to why I cannot withdraw cash from my Vitality Money account and was put on hold for 15 minutes before I ended the call. The security SMS also came about an hour later.
