UNABLE TO REAP THE REWARDS YOU OFFER BECAUSE I AM BEING REFUSED A UPGRAD TO A FULL SUITE

Ive been a client since they opened moved my salary over the works. I have been trying to upgrade my account so I can get the benefits that goes with Discovery but my application is being delcined because my Credit Acore is Average and I have R321 debt on my name which is not in arrears. No one looks at your applications manaully its the system that is set up and then delcines because my credit score is average since I have no debt and no credit history so how are you suppose to get a credit history if your own bank doesnt want to help you. I have logged a call last month call centre angent calls me back and ask me to reapply but then its declined again for the same reason I asked to speak to a senior person a month later still waiting. They are suppose to be my bank, they see my salary go into the account every month my debit orders going off etc but there is no person assistance just a robotic system that scores you with a number and pushes you out.
