Unable to make inter account transfer

Discovery is the worst bank ever . Even worse than standard bank . I am trying to transfer money from my savings to current account but it isn’t letting me do it keeps saying my transfer limit is 0 . Phoned them and they will log a call which means I can only transfer the money from one account in discovery to another sometime In the next few days . What a joke . How is this a viable modern banking model ? Been embarrassed in the store because I was unable to transfer funds to main account to pay for purchase .
