Unable to close Discovery Bank account

Hi,

I want to close my account with Discovery Bank and Credit Card and be issued with:

(1) settlement letter (2) closure letter

I contacted Discovery Bank on the 11th of August and was told the closure dept. would get in touch the next day. However, I've received no further feedback.
