Unable to Access Banking Due to App‑Only Verification
am very disapointed in discovery - my phone is not working and i ask if i can access my banking online only for me to be told no u can u need to download the app thats the only way to verify you and i ask how when i have explained my phone stopped working and the phone i have does not have banking apps and the response i get is ask some1 to download the app so long then log in that is very ppor advise and your system is not catering for emergency situations at all as things are a new phone is not on my list as i cant afford - imagine if i had moved my salary and am not able to access it very disapointing indeed
