*****ulent account using my Identity number

I have written and called countless times. I am now writing again to report an incident of identity theft involving a credit card account that was allegedly opened in my name without my knowledge or consent. I only became aware of this matter when I was contacted by MBD debt collectors, which came as a complete surprise to me.

I would like to confirm that I did not apply for this credit card, nor have I received or benefited from it in any way. It appears that my personal information was used *****ulently, and I am requesting that Discovery Bank conduct a full investigation into this matter.
